Before you begin, please read and sign this agreement.

Here is how this works. First, read the agreement below. Then fill in four things: your name, your email address, a checkbox that says I agree, and your name again as your signature. When you submit, we send one link to your email. Open that link within 24 hours and you are in.

Non-disclosure agreement

NDA_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER. Version 0.1, placeholder text. This agreement is between you, the tester, and the party that invited you, called the Company below.

1. What is confidential

NDA_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER. Everything you see, hear, download or are told after signing this agreement is confidential. That includes the software, its name, how it behaves, the documents it produces, the links and passwords you receive, and the fact that this test exists.

2. What you agree to do

NDA_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER. You agree to use the software only to test it and to give feedback. You agree not to show it, describe it, record it, or share any link, file or password from it with anyone who has not also signed this agreement.

3. What you agree not to do

NDA_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER. You agree not to copy, take apart, or try to work out how the software is built, and not to publish anything about it, in any form, including social media and private groups.

4. How long this lasts

NDA_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER. This agreement starts when you sign it and lasts for five years, or until the Company tells you in writing that the information is public, whichever comes first.

5. Your feedback

NDA_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER. Feedback you give may be used by the Company to improve the software. You will not be paid for it, and you will not be named without your permission.

6. Governing law

NDA_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

7. Signing

NDA_TEXT_PLACEHOLDER. Typing your name in the Signature field below and submitting this form has the same effect as signing on paper. A copy will be sent to the email address you give once you confirm it.
